Cendere Bridge

The bridge was built by the Roman Legion XVI Flavia Firma stationed in the capital of the Commagene
Kingdom, Samosata (present-day town of Samsat) in 198-200 AD. It stretches over the Cendere Stream at
the feet of Taurus Mountains.
